Reducing ED use and overuse is a major goal of quality improvement programs; however, often interventions can have variable effects on ED use and sometimes even unintended consequences. This webinar should be of interest to providers, administrators, and policymakers interested in understanding the theory and the evidence behind ED use, overuse, and how system-based interventions be tailored to reduce ED use and overall costs of care.
